This fly is a simple but extremely effective stonefly nymph pattern that works well in all types of water conditions. In many rivers and streams, stoneflies represent the major food source for the fish throughout the whole year. Similar to a Warden's Worry, the 20 Incher is tied with a large, peacock herl body that gives it a natural iridescence and glow under the water. This fly should have a very prominent place in your nymphing fly boxes. Available in sizes 6, 8 & 10.
TIP: The 20 Incher is a great searching pattern, fished as the lead fly in a double nymph set-up.
