The Beadhead Prince Nymph is one of the top attractor patterns in fly fishing. This version, with it's mustard colored wings and copper beadhead replacing the white wings and gold bead of the original pattern, makes it a good fly to try on more finicky fish in clearer water. It can represent many aquatic insects (mayflies, caddis, small stoneflies, water boatmen, etc., etc.) and is a go-to fly in both rivers and lakes. Available in sizes 12 thru 18.
TIP: In the spring, the Amber Prince works especially well, fished along the edges of lakes where there are the bugs known as water boatmen or back swimmers.
