The Baby Boy Hopper is a smaller version of the Charlie Boy Hopper. This pattern is tied to imitate the juvenile grasshoppers that tend to emerge in the spring and early summer seasons. The Baby Boy is predominately foam which keeps this small hopper floating for a long sessions of fishing and fish catching.
TIP: This is a perfect fly for smaller, meadow streams (i.e. the Valles Caldera). Try making it land with a splat along grassy banks.
