FOAM or SILICONE? Umpqua offers their fly boxes with either foam or silicone liners/inserts. Foam is at least 25% lighter than silicone and works a little better for holding barbed hooks. Silicone tends to grip flies better than foam making it little more suitable for barbless hooks. Both work well - it all boils down to your own personal preference.
